There have been many medical studies on mindfulness since the 1970s, so we all know that there are medical reasons to practice mindfulness. Also, pop-culture has branded mindfulness and associated it with particular qualities. That鈥檚 all fine. But in this reflective moment please put those ideas aside, simply because they come from outside authorities.
Instead of repeating what you have heard from the outside, tune into your self. For this moment, bring you awareness to your own experiences.
