Regular practice is key.

Regular retreats help. (Just sayin’)

Regular. /ˈreɡ(yə)lər/

  • "Being regular" has several meanings depending on the context. In general, it refers to something that happens, occurs, or is done at regular intervals or in a predictable way. It can also mean that something is usual, normal, or customary.
  • Similar: methodical, systematic, structured, well ordered, well organized, orderly, efficient, smooth-running, streamlined, well regulated, disciplined, planned

It’s not necessarily the kind of word that gets you a lot of clicks in the social media world.

Oh well.
