Much of the Mindful Apocalypse content is "offered freely" -please note that this is free as in freedom! You might or might not end up paying money for it. If you find it valuable, please reach out to us and have a conversation about fair exchange.
This is a website dedicated to mindfulness and compassion...
Please honor the spirit in which content is offered, and don't modify or sell MBZ1 content without attribution.
Audio
The audio recordings in the players, including the radio player, belong to Mindful Boston teachers. It's best for you to collaborate with the creator(s) of the audio artwork before incorporating it into materials that you have modified to sell to your paying clients. And even for non-commercial works, we'd prefer to hear from you to discuss collaborations.
Text
The mindfulness professional who wrote the text on this site, and in the MBZ1 weekly newsletters, took a long time learning their craft. Before copying and pasting text into your own newsletters or client materials, make sure to contact the author(s).
Copyleft and Creative Commons Licenses
In contrast to a copyright, a copyleft license, is a form of open-source license that allows people to freely use, modify, and share a work, provided that any derivative versions are distributed under the same license terms. This reciprocal, or "share-alike," rule ensures that the code remains open-source in all subsequent iterations.
