Hello studio members,
If you were hoping to meditate this month, yet you have not yet gotten around to it, we've all been there!

Meditate:
Today is March 30th 2022, so you do have one day to fit in a meditation before the end of the month.  There is a short 7-minute meditation on "Going to your happy place" on our webpage.  Very accessible!  



Or Not?
We all have those times when it's just not going to happen, that's part of real life.  So if you don't get around to it this month, it might be time to let it go, and you can start fresh on April 3rd 2022 with the rest of our crew.
