New Meditate-With-Me Time

Hello newsletter subscribers-

Pat’s new intention

Our studio member Pat is starting meditating for a minute on Mondays at 12 noon. Sometimes he uses the One-Minute One-Breath guided audio, sometimes a one minute timer without audio. Then he does the Week-4 check in form to let me know how it’s been going.

I have added the One-Minute One-Breath to my Monday schedule as well, in order to join him.

Pat works in marketing, and he lives in Wellfleet MA.

Another Option

This is now our second “Meditate-With-Me” studio time that you can choose from. The first one is the long-running At-250-Everyday that Arthur founded at MIT.

I myself sometimes join the At250 zoom call, but sometimes I meditate offline at 2:50 to join them in a simple energetic way. Either option is valid, read their description if you would like links to the zoom.

Arthur and the At2:50 subscribers always participate in the zoom call with each other. When they do a check in, they say that seeing each others’ faces really helps with being inspired to practice.

Arthur lives in Hawaii, and the other At250 participants come from time-zones all over the world. Do you want to make a commitment to At-250-Everyday with him?
