Each month, we follow a regular rotation of studio activates.

This Planner keeps our members on track with regular intentions to practice meditation. Also, it helps to get you back on track if you stop meditating at any time. Just jump back in the next month.

In our monthly planner, week 4 is for Coaching Calls (if you are a paid member) and for asking your questions at the Advice Column (for all subscription tiers, including free tier1).

Mindful Boston offers a lot of support for practice without charge. Even though we ensure that content is freely available, it is not “free” for the studio to host webinars and pay for electricity and rent.
