Welcome to the MBZ1 confab of mindfulness offerings. We're glad you're here!

If you are starting or re-starting with a mindfulness practice, there are 3 tiers of subscription. If you are a mindfulness professional or teacher, there's a 4th tier for adding your content to our radio and media channels.

Start by listening to the free radio and subscribing to the free newsletter.

Once you are on the mailing list, the Sunday Pause newsletters will walk you through our regular offerings week by week. The studio's yearly calendar includes retreats and classrooms.

If you visit ( or live in) the greater Boston area, you are invited to our in-person studio events. At the MBZ1 studio, we meditate, we write, we have tea together, and we go on retreats.

But no matter where you are, you can always tune in to the online radio station. It is automated 24/7/365 so that you can follow along with the guided audio any time you want to meditate.

Then, on Sundays, there will be a reminder to pause in your email inbox. Read those articles for links to guided meditation audio, ideas for living mindfully, and inspiration to practice. Sometimes, you'll get extra stories from other members of the studio. The newsletters keep us connected, and you can submit your own stories to be included.
