Accessing our library
At our meditation studio we have a library of recorded content. Guided meditations and podcasts about meditating are organized into monthly audio albums.
Our April album includes
- a 14-minute meditation (track 3), for those who want a deeper dive
- a 5-minute shorter edit of that meditation (track 1). This shorter version can feel more accessible, that’s why it was put in the #1 spot
- and a 2 minute podcast (track 2). This podcast is a recorded explanation of some of the theory behind this type of meditation, and behind our studio itself.
Every April at MBZ1 we have been returning to the theme of “Tapping Into Resources.” It’s now time again to recognize what it is you do have, and create strategies for how to use it.
Some folks are feeling that they don’t have enough resources. This type of meditative inquiry is especially relevant in those cases.
