What's keeping you afloat?
(We also have space to discuss sinking too!)
For this week’s Sunday-Pause email, we’re using boating metaphors of being afloat (and sinking). We use a lot of ocean and water metaphors in our conversations at MBZ1.
The studio had our February zoom call last week (subscribe if you’d like the link for March). One member said this quote about our mindfulness radio:
“It’s the only thing saving me.”
Whoa, doing mindfulness lab-work practice pays off!
But there are other ways to keep yourself sane in this world.
