To use an analogy from sports, if you want stronger muscles, doing ten pushups is a great way to start. And then if you can do it regularly over time, you will get the strength you are looking for.
Without an infrastructure, most folks drop the techniques immediately.
Today鈥檚 topic is about sustaining a meditation practice over time.
Free classes are great!
Using an app is great!
And then what?
A single meditation class or a single meditation audio from an app is the equivalent of doing a single pushup. It鈥檚 a nice way to start.

Therefore, we have a plan.
On Sundays, I send out the Sunday News edition of our studio newspaper. The Sunday News always includes a reminder to practice, plus the resources you need to do the practice this week.
And, like most human endeavors, some weeks are better then others. So if you skip a week, no need to worry, just pick it up again with the next Sunday News edition.
