Hello MBZ1 folks,

Mindful Boston is pretty secular. And yet, on Nov 28th, our studio will be holding an event in a church! How about that?

Questions are running through my thoughts about the relationships between meditation and spirituality (and/or) religion. And how some of those in power are using and misusing divine names during this election season.

During these stressful times, some people look to more medical and evidence-based ways like MBSR to navigate their stressors. Some people look to more spiritual ways. Some people grab ahold of anything and everything. Some people shut down and look away.
