Prep for Black Friday

Hello folks,

Every year, our studio members gather during the Friday after Thanksgiving for mindfulness, silence, and gratitude. This extended time of practice is designed to be some time for sanity and respite from the “buy-it-now” impulses of Black Friday.

The main event is 10am-12pm on Friday 11/28/26.

The location is the sanctuary of an Episcopalian church in Arlington MA near the Capitol Theatre. There’s plenty of parking, plus the 77 bus from Harvard stops at the end of the street.

If you haven’t done it yet, please mark your calendar. Our Black Friday Sanctuary Retreat just three weeks away, and time is getting away from all of us these days.
