co·zy /ˈkōzē/ adjective giving a feeling of comfort, warmth, and relaxation.
What’s more cozy than a cup a tea?
A cup of tea while seated at a table, in the presence of other meditators, feeling comfortable within a healing silence, a warm cup in your hands, notes of honey with each sip.
Tea and Meditation
Last Tuesday, we had a workshop on drinking tea as part of your meditation practice. It was great to see the folks who were able to attend at the Boston Public Market.

If you were not able to attend, no worries, there’s another one scheduled for January. AND, I will be editing the current recording into a short meditation and also a podcast. Audio should be available next week(ish).
Podcast Access Policy
Since everyone everywhere needs access to mindfulness, the studio policy is that Free Guest Pass members get access to the short meditation recording. It’s usually about 10 minutes long. And then, paid members of the studio get access to both that short meditation and also a longer version (usually ~20 minutes) podcast that includes the discussion, the Q&A, and the laughter.
