Ways to support your friends in meditation:
When you are scrolling websites together, visit the mindfulness radio station site and hit the play button. See what’s playing.Grab your phone, and play a guided meditation on the app. Use your speaker, or share earbuds.Go for a walk together.Set a timer for 5 minutes, and sit in companionable silence together. This is great at the end of a walk.Gift them a subscription to the Mindful Beacon newsletter. (Just sayin.’) Or, for an extravagant gift, take them to the beach for one of the MBZ1 Retreat Weekends.
