Sangha

You probably saw the link for Tier1 about inviting your friends to practice.

This is not new, at all. And it’s not just a marketer’s “and you tell two friends and so on” kind of promotion.

Within meditation circles, being with others in practice is considered foundational, essential. It has honorable names that goes back thousands of years, and all the great teachers referenced it. In Sanskrit (from India) the word for the group you practice with is: Sangha.
Sangha can simply translate as “community” but I like to give it more umph.
