Since it’s becoming common to start a new meditation practice on January 1st, I thought I’d send out a special Thursday edition of the newsletter.

As stated in last Sunday’s email, the January and February coaching calls are open to all of you regardless of your membership status. You can schedule a 30 minute call with me at the booking page. (Calls scheduled after February will be limited to paid members.)

It seems that the new year search terms include “more effective mindfulness.”
We have an online members’ Mindfulness Lab scheduled for January 11th.
During our January Lab Meeting, let’s unpack this idea further. We can start with these two inquiries:
Part 1: Define “effective…” Effective for what?
Part 2: What effect are you looking for?
We’ll then do a guided meditation based on these questions
