Is the process of planning to plan something you recognize?
Planning to relax is one thing, ( it was the topic of last week’s news) and then—
the plan to start-the-plan is another thing.
The planning to plan is where a lot of folks get stuck in a loop.
Mindful Boston has always offered the structure to help notice the truth of what’s happening… even when that truth is not quite the thing that we wanted to be happening.
And this summer is no exception.
Your Sunday News this week is about the dead-end loops where we can get lost. AND some mindfulness practice for getting out of those loops.
