How does a practice “challenge” work?

Following a program to do more push-ups is one example of an “exercise challenge.”
Organizations sometimes offer a “challenge” format as a way to guide, or even push, participants to the next skill level.

We’re entering spring, and this can be a good time to make a commitment to upgrading your skill levels.

A Journey

The intention with any “challenge” format is to support growth. And yet the word “challenge” can be challenging. Therefore we are crossing out challenge and actually calling it a journey!

For the At250 group, they are holding a monthlong (28-day) journey of 10 minute meditations on a daily webinar. If you’d like to read the description of what they are doing and why, visit: at250.org/nalu-mind-the-flow-your-28-day-mindfulness-journey/

They are starting today at 2:50pm. And they’re having a dance party.
But I personally couldn’t commit to all 28 days.
So I’m starting on Tuesday March 12th, 5:50pm instead.

Mindful Boston’s
4-Tuesdays experiment

In collaboration with At250, Mindful Boston will be offering deeper support for just the four Tuesdays during that time. It’s a “less challenging” commitment, sure, and also it’s an amazing commitment!

Tuesdays: March 12, March 19, March 26, and April 2nd.
