We’re entering spring, and this can be a good time to make a commitment to upgrading your skill levels. Yet, since the word “challenge” can be too much, we’re crossing out challenge and calling it a four week journey!

Our 1st Members’ Coaching Call is tonight! 6pm to 6:30pm. The Zoom link is at the bottom of this email.
Our 4 Tuesdays starts today

At any time during today, meditate for ten minutes.
You can do your own meditation in your own way. And also… there are many supports to help you.

For example, if you want to follow a guided audio, here’s my favorite ten minute bodyscan recording from your members’ library.
