What can we do?
Thanks for being at part of our meditation studio.
The question “What can we do?” was woven into the purpose of this studio since its inception.
In times of political upheaval, in times of personal upheaval, there are things to do.

Learning
This studio has offered life skills workshops to teens. YET, growing towards wisdom is not just for teens, it’s for all of us. These times call for each person to grow themselves.
Restoring your energy
Rest.
Again, it’s not just for the people you care for.
It’s essential for you. You can’t give a lift to others if you have nothing in your own gas tank.
What we ARE DOING here:
In our Members’ Lab Workshops for the next three months, we will focus on a yoga technique called Yoga Nidra. (Commercially it is sometimes called “irest”) For the next two online calls, we will do shorter versions, and then the May retreat will include a 1.5 hour experience of profound relaxation using this process.
You can join us, you are invited.
