A number of you responded in last week鈥檚 survey that your go-to meditation when you are overwhelmed is mindful walking. This is a great meditation format for us all to practice during this coming week. Thanks to everyone who responded! Your input about overwhelm will help me as I develop new Meditation Toolbox audio for the future.
