For this Sunday, I thought I’d check in with the community about the concept of overwhelm.

And, if you would like a ten minute mindfulness practice, let’s continue with the same bodyscan from last week. Over the years, many Mindful Boston members have let me know that a bodyscan is their go-to practice.
