I’ve been sending out these short Sunday blog posts to remind you that Mindful Boston is here for you. When and if you want to infuse a little mindfulness into your week, we’ve got a studio plan to support you.

Interventions & Immersions

Last Sunday, you might have noticed that I mentioned Mindful Boston Level 3 courses, and I’m planning some for this fall. Level 3 at our studio is for deepening your mindfulness practice. Here’s a reminder of the levels: Tier1= free guest pass subscription, Tier2= lab work upgrade, Tier3= immersion and intervention programs, Tier4= supports for those who teach.

Reinstating L3 This Fall
  • Has stress become overwhelming to the point where the term “intervention” might apply?
  • Or- perhaps you’ve been doing a practice, and you would enjoy an immersive experience. Looking to get to the next level?
