If you missed the 11 min guided meditation from the Thanksgiving MBZ1 newsletter, here it is again. Enjoy!
The guidance starts with a cup of tea and instructions for mindfulness in relation to judgement-thoughts. The second half includes eating a couple of bites of lettuce.
Before you start the audio, please make your tea (or cup of plain water) and grab a lettuce leaf or a handful of other salad so that you can have it nearby during the instructions.
