Today's 2pm Live Meditation

Hello-

I’m setting up for our members’ meditation lab at 2pm today (6/23/24) at our Cambridgeport studio. Here’s a picture of the desk. The black square at the top is a zabuton.

I’m going to record my voice as I lead the meditation for you. This is the beginning of the new radio station programing!

If you are not yet a paid member, you will need to wait to hear the final recording edit. It should be uploaded to the radio station rotation at some point in July.
